Seahorse Shelves

Catch interleaved gems on four seahorse shelves. Three equal top gems clear. Every third catch sweeps each loose top gem one shelf right, possibly creating new triples. You have two anchors: choose a shelf before a current to keep its top gem in place. Clear four triples within 18 catches; any shelf reaching five overflows.
